Add members to your team

You can add new members to your team by setting their information and role.

1. Once logged into the mambo EMM console navigate to Team > Members.
2. Select the user and tap Actions > Add Member.
3. Enter a name and Email Address
4. Click the Drop down and select the Role you have configured.
5. Once Done, Select Add

Troubleshooting problems with member invitations

mambo EMM will send an email invitation to the added member with an invitation link to validate signup. This link expires after 7 days.

If the member does not accept the invite within this time, the member should be removed and re-added to the team. This will re-invite them. We will add functionality to resend email invitations in a future release of the platform.

If the member does not receive an email, the following may help:

• Add mamboemm.com and mambomobility.com domains to the organisation's email system allowlist to avoid emails going to junk/spam
• Ensure the correct email address has been input for the invited user
• Ensure the user hasn't been invited previously, if so, remove the user before re-inviting

If the link is valid (fewer than 7 days old) and validation errors are recevied when the link is clicked, your organisation may be using a spam filtering system that malforms the invitation link when clicked.

• Add mamboemm.com and mambomobility.com domains to an exclusion list for any spam/filtering systems to avoid links becoming malformed
• Try to right-click the invate link, inspect it is a direct link to mambomobility.com, and paste it manually into a new browser tab

NB: Unfortunately the mambo EMM team cannot troubleshoot external email systems, however if the time and date of the invite sent by a team member is recorded, we can confirm whether or not mambo EMM sent an invitation.

If you encounter issues with CSV bulk member invitations, please ensure:

• The CSV file being uploaded follows the template provided
• The CSV file is not edited with Excel as Excel is known to malform CSV files
