Beta Reseller known issues
Our reseller, or partner integration platform is available as of release 1.13. While the platform is in beta, the following known issues are present:
Billing
For all customer billing, Stripe is currently required. We are working on alternative billing options ASAP- Where Stripe is used for subscriptions which are NOT monthly, customer team billing pages will still show a figure per month. I.E. £10/year will show to customers as £10/month on their billing page
- When configuring free-tier devices, mambo will publish a change in USD to the subscription irrespective of chosen subscription currency
- When creating a custom subscription in Stripe, pricing type must be set to volume
- Billing for resellers directly is not implemented. The mambo team will undertake monthly license audits and bill the reseller directly
All subscriptions, subscription fees, and many of our non-payment flows are integrated into Stripe. Alternatives will be offered ASAP
Setup
- Reseller setup is undertaken with a mambo team member currently, as aspects of the reseller setup flow are not yet automated
Reporting
Reseller reporting is currently limited. Our reseller reporting release is currently scoped for Q2Existing reports and data available can not yet be CSV exported. This is expected in Q2Resellers cannot currently leverage the API. We are scoping a release to address this for Q3
