Configure RHINO Device Insights

RHINO Device Insights is a powerful tool designed for Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) administrators to collect and analyze device or app-level usage metrics. This feature helps organizations understand how their devices and applications are being used, enabling them to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Accessing RHINO Device Insights

1. Log into the mambo EMM console and navigate to Management > Policy Component.

2. Select Add / Select Application Component, and click on configuration.

   

3. In the list of added applications, select a specific application and expand the application settings

   • Scroll down to find the Capture Device Insights option.
   • Enable the Capture Device Insights checkbox.

4. Set the Device Insights Time Interval:

   • Enter the desired time interval (in seconds) for capturing device insights in the provided field. The minimum interval is 900 seconds (15 minutes).
   • This interval determines how frequently device insights data is collected.

5. Click UPDATE to save the configuration.

Now you can view the captured insights on the device page, allowing you to easily access and analyze the data for more informed decision-making.
