Removing a Device

You can remove one or multiple devices at a time.

  1. Once logged into the mambo EMM console navigate to Management > Devices.
  2. Find the device you would like to remove from mambo EMM.
  3. Select Actions > More > Delete.
  4. You will have to confirm by entering the text on the screen. Then select Yes, Delete.
  5. The device will be removed from mambo. It will Factory Reset if the device is enrolled Fully Managed.

Note that if your device is enrolled by Zero Touch, you will also have to remove/deactivate it from the Zero Touch portal also.
