Update billing information

Up-to-date and accurate billing information is critical to ensuring uninterrupted usage of the mambo EMM platform. Details can be updated as follows.

  1. Once logged into the mambo EMM console navigate to Billing > Open Billing Portal.
  2. You should navigate to another tab which begins with billing.stripe.com
  3. Select Update information under Billing and adjust your address and contact information accordingly.
  4. Click save.
  5. Your billing information will now appear on your billing portal, where you will always be able to check it.
